Matusadona National Park
The 338 000 acres of magnificent park plays host to some of Africa’s most amazing creatures, including lion, leopard, hyena, hippo, crocodile and the important endangered black rhinoceros, just to name a few. For all the bird lovers out there, over 240 species of birds live in the park – fish eagle, bee-eaters, storks, you name it, the park has it!
The best way to experience the beautiful nature of this park is by foot. A walking safari allows for the complete intake of the African surroundings and everything we have to offer! Although walking safaris are highly recommended other options include overnighting on the shoreline with a cruiser or houseboat, taking a Sail Safari or staying at one of the lodges/camps in the park – whatever your choice, you are guaranteed a wildlife experience of a lifetime!
